Incentive Returns
After you hit a specific incentive level, you will receive two emails:
(1) Congratulations and celebration of your achievement
(2) Confirmation of shipping for All-Star level (T-Shirt) and above. In this second email you will find the tracking information for your package and a link to exchange the item. Click on the link in that email to initiate an exchange. We will send you a new item in the size you want with a return envelope so that you can send us the original back, free of charge.Can I buy incentive gear
